About Us
The Elliott Street Apartments are co-managed by two long time Athens area residents. The apartments were completed in 1998. The project is intended to provide excellent housing and quick, friendly service to tenants looking for a nice place to live at a great price. We do all the work here, from the landscaping of the courtyard to the maintenance of each and every apartment. Tenants don't have to put up with a management company liaison, just friendly folks who have a vested interest in your happiness and satisfaction as a tenant.
