Our apartments are located on Elliott Street near Stimpson Avenue.
The apartments are located a 2 minute walk to both Palmer
and Mill streets, and about
a 8 - 9 minute walk from College Green and uptown. We offer
perfect apartments, and quick maintenance service at a great
price, and within a reasonable walking distance to Uptown and Campus

All apartments are fully loaded with amenities, including air conditioning,
high-efficiency heat pumps, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
garbage disposal, and a in-room washer and dryer.
Each apartment has cable hook-ups (including bedrooms), phone
hook-ups, and internet access provided wirelessly or by
cable modem.[1] Rent includes a reserved, on-site parking
spot for each bedroom and trash pick-up.
