Our student rentals range in size from one to four bedrooms and are located on Elliott Street near Stimpson Avenue and include on-site parking. The apartments are located a 2 minute walk to both Palmer and Mill streets and about a ten minute walk from College Green and uptown. We are proud to offer perfect apartments and quick maintenance service at a great price. All this within walking distance to the Uptown area and the OU Campus, no need for a shuttle, and you can leave your hiking boots at home!
All apartments are fully loaded with amenities, including air conditioning, high-efficiency heat pumps, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal and a in-room washer and dryer. Each apartment has cable hook-ups (including bedrooms), phone hook-ups, and internet access provided wirelessly or by cable modem.[1] Rent includes a reserved, on-site parking spot for each bedroom and trash pick-up.
